Soft, stretchy and supportive, BARE MUM's patented Postpartum Brief is uniquely designed to comfortably hold a hot & cold pack and bring soothing relief where needed. Simply slide the Warm & Cool Insert into the brief's front opening and place it over the site of a c-section, or slide it down the widened gusset, over the perineal area.
Can be worn without using the Warm & Cool insert for support.

Fit Guide
Sizing is based on standard Australian maternity sizing.
If you wear a Medium in your maternity pants, its recommend you purchase a Medium of Bare’s Support Brief. If you're between sizes, its recommend going with the smaller of the two sizes as our garments are very stretchy.
Still unsure about what size you are? Simply measure your body with a tape measurer to find out.
The chest measurement (A) is taken across the fullest part of your bust, preferably while wearing a bra.
The hip measurement (B) is taken around the fullest part of your hips.
